Adam Harrison Bates, Executive Chef/Owner
Adam Harrison Bates founded Harrison’s Fine Pastries in 2018 in his hometown of Pittsburgh, PA after developing his skills both domestically and abroad. He developed a passion for fine French pastries in 2012 during a trip to London, while taking in the sights of Harrod’s famous food hall. Having worked as a restaurant line cook, Adam soon realized he could combine his love of studio art and physical science to create pastries that are both beautiful and delicious. Feeling the entrepreneurial spirit, he founded Harrison’s as a way to bring everything he learned back home to Pittsburgh.
